Our Founder & CEO
Kristopher Lynn
Prior to founding Terra Underwriting Management Ltd. Kris was the creator and President of AgriSompo, Sompo International’s consolidated agriculture insurance platform. In addition, he held the position of Chairman of A&A, the biggest crop insurance agency in Italy.
Prior to joining Sompo (formerly Endurance) in 2014, Kris served as Vice President, Specialty & Casualty Lines at Tokio Millennium Re from 2007, and previously worked at ACE European Group in London. With almost 20 years of experience in modeling and underwriting, Kris has supported a range of specialty products including agriculture, workers’ compensation catastrophe and property terrorism reinsurance.
He holds both Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Risk Management from Glasgow Caledonian University.
